  1. Macaroni with Cheese

There are many benefits of eating macaroni with cheese as you can keep your blood sugar in check. It is easy to pack dishes that you can take anywhere with you. It has low fat, includes less salt, and protects you against stomach and colon cancers. Thus, eating this makes sense.

Ingredients to Make:

  • Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ Spoon of unsalted butter
  • Fresh black peppers
  • ½ Cup of cheese
  • ¼ Cup of whole milk
  • ½ Cup of macaroni
  • ¼ Cup of shredded white cheddar cheese

The Process to Make:

  • Place macaroni in a large mug and put ½ cup of water on it.
  • Now keep the microwave “on” for about three minutes. Take off the mug and stir the macaroni. Now, put the mug in the microwave and let it hot for about two minutes. This will make the macaroni tender.
  • When the macaroni is cooked, stir it in the milk along with the cheese and butter. Let the mixture be in the right space.
  • Toss it with pepper, salt, and cayenne and serve it.

Avocado is a wonderful food that is used to prepare salsa and Caprese is usually used to make salads. A salad of avocado and Caprese will give you Magnesium and Potassium and these nutrients will reduce the blood pressure of your body.

The other ingredients like Tomatoes will help you fight colon cancer, Basil and Arugula will help you combat anti-aging and Mozzarella will help you in gaining protein, and Calcium.

Ingredients to Make:

  • 3 tomatoes sliced
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • Basil leaves fresh
  • 1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sugar or honey
  • Salt and freshly grounded black pepper
  • 3 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups of fresh Arugula

Instructions to Make:

Mix the Mozzarella, Tomato, Avocado slices, and Arugula in a bowl. Now put the basil leaves at the top of it. Add some extra virgin olive oil in a small bowl with vinegar or sugar and season it with kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste and pour it over the salad. Now toss it and serve.

Carrot soup is a perfect recipe for people who are living alone at their home or want to travel solo. It’s creamy, spicy, and flavorful and can be served in just thirty minutes. The soup is excellent for weight loss, eye health, hair health, and skin issues.

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Chopped onions, ginger, and carrots
  • Turmeric, coriander, chili powder, cumin
  • Vegetable broth
  • Coconut milk
  • Cilantro leaves

Instructions to make:

  • Mix the chopped carrots, fresh ginger, and onions and cook it in butter on the stove.
  • Now include turmeric, coriander, and cumin along with chili powder that will give a delicate color to the vegetables.
  • Now add the vegetable broth to prepare a vegetable soup.
  • Blend the vegetables in a blender
  • Add coconut milk along with adding salt and pepper.
  • Now serve it.
